CNC Milling & Turning
State-of-the-art CNC machining for cost effective, precision metal or plastics parts.
Using our multi-axis precision vertical CNC milling centers we can produce parts with consistent tolerances. Whether its 1 or 500 parts our CNC's can be setup to produce very small to large metal or plastic parts. All parts include an exhaustive quality management process, providing detailed inspection and conformance reports. All quality documentation meets or exceeds ISO9001 standards. We use industry-leading CAD design and CAM software such as AutoDesk and Solidworks to efficiently machine parts reducing run time and potential scrap. Our machining processes work with various alloys from 6061 Aluminum to H13 Hardened Steel along with popular plastics like Delrin and ABS.
We also provide treatment services such as Hard Coating Anodizing, PTFE impregnation, Chemical Film Plating, Thru-Heating and other heat treatment processes.

Tool & Die Repairs
Quick turn-around services for Die Cast Industries covering everything from clamping units, die assemblies, injection unit and common cylinder repairs.
We provide repair services for common die-cast components such as;
-
Cylinder repairs/pinning
-
Shot Rod repairs
-
Core/Insert welding/machining
-
End-of-arm Tooling
-
Custom fixtures/stamp repairs
Insert and Core repairs are performed by rebuilding material with TIG welding capabilities and machining them in our CNC machining centers when provided with part models. We are looking to include EDM finishing in the near future!

Repair Center
Reliable machining repairs for automotive, automation and production related equipment.
Either with our CNC centers or manual milling and turning techniques we can affordable repair your automotive and automation parts. We can quickly adapt existing design for revisions. We offer everything from surface grinding, TIG welding, boring, milling, lathe and thread repair services. Drop-off or site pickup options available.

Additive Printing
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is an additive manufacturing technology widely known for its speed, accuracy, and competitive cost.
3D printing is a popular, cost-effective solution for quick prototyping before more extensive machining production takes place. FDM can be used for production level fabrication as well. 3D printing services are available using popular durable materials such as ABS, PLA, Nylon and other more exotic polymers. Moderate quantity injection molding is available for some components.
